1. Introduction

Welcome to The Dire Manor (“The Dire Manor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) — a private, curated digital estate and community platform.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Dire Manor’s website, applications, digital environments, community spaces, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Access to the Services does not create any ownership interest in Dire Manor or its assets.

All payments:

• Are made in exchange for the described product, access, or support tier;
• Do not confer equity, ownership, or financial return; and
• Are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).

7. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods and access-based services, all sales are final, except where required by law or granted at Dire Manor’s sole discretion.

8. Acceptable Use and Conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse others;
• Engage in hate speech or discriminatory conduct;
• Misrepresent your identity or age;
• Violate privacy or disclose personal information without consent;
• Exploit platform systems or bypass restrictions;
• Impersonate staff or leadership; or

Dire Manor reserves the right to determine violations at its discretion.

Moderation decisions are final.

Dire Manor may collect limited data necessary to operate the Services, including account identifiers, roles, and usage data.

Sensitive payment and identity verification data are handled by third-party providers.

Use of the Services may also be subject to a separate Privacy Policy.

12. Intellectual Property

13. Termination

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dire Manor shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Any direct liability is limited to amounts paid by you in the prior 12 months.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

17. Governing Law

The Dire Manor is based in the United States. These Terms, and any disputes, claims, or legal matters arising from or relating to the Services, shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

While The Dire Manor operates internationally and its intellectual property, branding, and digital assets may be registered, protected, or recognized across multiple jurisdictions, all legal proceedings, enforcement, and dispute resolution shall remain anchored within the United States unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Users agree that any disputes shall be resolved exclusively within the appropriate courts located in the State of Texas, United States.
